Founded by Sudhir Bhoi, it began as a mission to give voice to Odisha’s youth, rural changemakers, and cultural storytellers. What started as a simple idea to record untold stories has now become a movement — a mic in every hand, a platform for every voice.

With over two decades of experience in social development, digital outreach, and entrepreneurship, he has been instrumental in empowering local talent through media education and cultural innovation. Deeply rooted in the soil of Odisha, Sudhir’s mission is to amplify unheard voices—from village changemakers to college students—using the power of podcasting as a tool for expression, connection, and impact.
